Joseph Mastromarino, MD Matthew Voss, PA-C
Dr. Mastromarino is a USAF veteran with more than 30 years of experience as a medical doctor. His career as an emergency room physician has provided him with a lifetime of knowledge about disease and complex care management. After retiring from the ER, he pursued his interest of hard-to-treat medical conditions by partnering with Mr. Voss. As an experienced internal medicine physician assistant, Mr. Voss has spent his 10-year career managing challenging medical conditions. His special interest in connective tissue disorders began when his wife was diagnosed with hEDS in 2020. Collectively, their commitment to complex illness management provides patients with options not found in traditional medical offices.

Accepting New Patients
We are a group of experienced medical practitioners dedicated to managing complex conditions that have limited response to standard treatments, including hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos, fibromyalgia, Lupus, obesity, chronic pain, and addiction. Our caring team understands medicine is a complicated system to navigate. Many times, patients feel left out of the decision-making for their care. We have years of experience providing patients with accurate diagnoses when other practices couldn't. For many patients, not knowing a diagnosis can be as overwhelming as the symptoms they experience. Treatment requires an accurate diagnosis.
A traditional 15 or 20 minute appointment is not enough time to tell your practitioner all your concerns and review past medical history, go over medical records, and perform a detailed physical exam. This is why we have 60-minute and 30-minute appointments. Once the accurate diagnosis is determined, you will receive information and resources to bring to your primary care provider.
For those who have not responded to traditional treatment options, we offer therapeutic Cannabis and Naltrexone. Cannabis has proven benefits and is a wonderful addition to traditional medicine for people with complex and serious medical conditions. Naltrexone at low does has proven results on pain reduction and enhanced quality of life.
